CONSULTATION
If you are a person trying to build your own tiny house there are many questions that need to be answered, What kind of trailer should I use? How should I insulate? What kind of toilet system is best? It would be nice if there was an experienced designer and fabricator that could guide you through the process. Cameron Van Dyke, LLC offers consulting services to help DIY builders with questions related to tiny house fabrication, code regulations, and off the grid systems such as solar, water collection, and composting toilets. Cameron will meet with you via Zoom or phone to review your plans and answer your questions. The charge is $60 per hour and there is no contract and no minimum time commitment. So, whether it is just for twenty minutes or twenty hours, Cameron will get you going in the right direction and stick with you as long as you need.

WORKSHOPS
We have four tiny houses at our property in Boone, North Carolina. The houses exhibit a wide range of methods of fabrication and provide excellent examples of possible off grid systems and site situations. Cameron invites you to come for a full day to tour the houses, learn about the many building techniques, and talk about your specific project. The hope would be that you leave with a good grasp of the many considerations as you begin your own tiny house build. TAKE A TOUR
If you are interested in learning about tiny houses and off grid living, we invite you to join us for a 2-hour tour of our “Micro Eco Village” project. The tour consists of four tiny houses and all the systems that support the project. Pricing is $120 for 1 to 4 people and $30 each additional person. No charge for children under 16.

STAY A WHILE
There is no better way to test out tiny house living than to stay in one. During the summer months we have some periods of time in which one or more of our tiny houses will be available for overnight rentals. The dates are flexible, so if you are interested, please email us with your preferred dates and group size and we will see if we can accommodate you.
